  I've shopped at this location multiple times however this is the worse experience I have had with customer service here. The two ladies need a new attitude or a new job because customer service is not it. I simply came into the store to exchange a chain for a longer one however I had a hard time looking for the receipt on my email. About 15 mins goes by with just me scrolling through my email/spam while the two ladies just stand around giving me a dirty look. I ask if they can look up my transaction on their end because I just came last week and maybe the worker misstyped my email. They give me a hard time insisting I need the receipt from my email until one of the ladies finally come around to ask for my info to look it up on the register. Still no email found and one of the ladies say she'll make an exception because I have shopped with them before (like she's doing me a favor). We do the exchange and for the receipt she asks for my email and the email on file was misspelled all along. Mistakes happen I get it, but lose the ego, lose the attitude, and be useful please.

  I have been shopping at Gorjana for a few years now and have only ever had great experiences with the ladies that work there. Big thank you to Priscilla and Cece for helping me pick out pieces to try on & for going above and beyond. They made the entire shopping experience a 10/10!

  Paid for something online with expedited delivery because I needed it soon for an upcoming event. 3 days later I call to check what's happening with my order and they tell me it's marked as a possible fraudulent purchase. They then tell me there's nothing they can do but leave it to management. They had absolutely no problem taking the money. It's now a week later and they aren't responding to emails or returning my money. Why you just wouldn't ask for a form of ID or just have not allowed the transaction in the first place if you thought it was fraud I don't know. Absolute scam of a company, would avoid at all cost.

  Brought a ring to check the size. Was told this is not a service they provide. Yet when I spoke to them on the phone they told me they did and had me come in. Huge waste of time and extremely frustrating.
