  I've shopped at this location multiple times however this is the worse experience I have had with customer service here. The two ladies need a new attitude or a new job because customer service is not it. I simply came into the store to exchange a chain for a longer one however I had a hard time looking for the receipt on my email. About 15 mins goes by with just me scrolling through my email/spam while the two ladies just stand around giving me a dirty look. I ask if they can look up my transaction on their end because I just came last week and maybe the worker misstyped my email. They give me a hard time insisting I need the receipt from my email until one of the ladies finally come around to ask for my info to look it up on the register. Still no email found and one of the ladies say she'll make an exception because I have shopped with them before (like she's doing me a favor). We do the exchange and for the receipt she asks for my email and the email on file was misspelled all along. Mistakes happen I get it, but lose the ego, lose the attitude, and be useful please.
