I picked up the Cartier Tank Must (large), and the whole process took less than 15 minutes.   I had such a wonderful experience working with Roger at Bhindi Jewelers in Glendale. I came in hoping to find a Rolex Air-King as a surprise for my husband’s 30th birthday—his very first Rolex and a watch he’s always dreamed of owning. From the very beginning, Roger was kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to listen to my story, helped me create a profile, and made me feel like I was truly being considered. Even though I knew timing would be tight, he never made me feel discouraged or dismissed. What meant the most was that Roger actually followed through—he kept me in mind, and shortly after my visit, he reached out to let me know the watch had come in. Thanks to him, I was able to pull off such a meaningful and memorable surprise for my husband. The entire experience felt personal and thoughtful, which is rare these days.   After 30 years of wearing any watch except a Rolex, I decided I wanted a daily watch that wasn't the size of the Titanic. I went to Bhindi in Glendale and asked about acquiring a new Rolex. As I started my search, I met Vicken who I believe is the store manager. Vicken walked me through the process and warned me about the wait list for any Rolex. Luckily for me, the watch I wanted only took a few weeks. During this waiting period, I talked to Vicken several times and asked him to help me identify some jewelry I had. To their credit; They never rushed me, They always listened and gave thoughtful answers to my questions, They treated me with respect, They always asked if there was anything else they could do for me, and most importantly, they gave me all the time I needed to make my decisions and then followed through with the commitment and delivery schedule they gave me. I walked in cold and told them that I wanted to buy one of the least expensive Rolex's you can buy. I was nothing special walking in yet I was treated as if I was. Bhindi was great and I thank them.
