Never had any issues returning items in the store before Till today I went to return items that I had ordered online and I didn’t have the tags on it on couple of them The clerk wasn’t happy about it and he didn’t want to take it I was patient and said that Nordstrom return policy is to accept them with out questions asked He was rude and asked the manager to assist Unfortunately she was a bit worse than him!!!
