- TTTimothy TorresFeb 20, 20251.0I just wanted to treat my wife and myself. I wanted us to feel confident , just wanted to get some nice clothes, to look good and feel good. But when we left this Nordstrom Rack in Gilroy, we felt less than, inferior that for sure. Like we didn’t meet the quality or standards to shop there. My wife and I work hard for every dam dime we got, so for us to splurge what little we have on ourselves is a big deal. We erred the right to feel good about ourselves but the way the manager Marcos A. And his LP followed us. Watching every move we made, like we are some kinda low life criminals basically escorting us from rack to rack until we were at the register. It was so obvious it was embarrassing. We just wanted to feel our worth and left feeling less than. Thanks Nordstrom

Didn’t get his name but the young man who helped me was very helpful, cheerful and quick! There was no line and I was in and out in probably five minutes. Great little store. I would shop there again.
