I purchase over 150.00 of clothing and realized the next day that my pants I purchased had a dysfunctional zipper and the pants were damaged. I kept my receipt but unfortunately had removed the tags as I had no intentions to return as I loved the style and bought a total of 3 pairs. When I returned to the store to exchange my damaged pants for a non damaged pair, the associates refused because the tags were removed. I had my receipt and had purchased the item 2 days before. I had to drive all the way to valley fair where they were happy to exchange my pants. Absurdly terrible customer service at this Gilroy location.

Also we’re very stand off-ish and didn’t acknowledge me once. I usually enjoy coming here but this visit left a bad impression and I will no longer be shopping at this location.
- NONava OgabianAug 17, 20215.0Great store!!! Staff is so friendly and helpful. Cute clothing. Most things are in stock, but since I’m petite, I have to get most things online. If doing a return, ALWAYS have your receipt. Also, fitting rooms are very clean and spacious.
