  Went in & might of purchased something but no greeting no help nothing! Terrible service. They really need to hire a new group of friendly employees unless the store wants to lose sales .

  Absolutely terrible customer service. I purchase over 150.00 of clothing and realized the next day that my pants I purchased had a dysfunctional zipper and the pants were damaged. I kept my receipt but unfortunately had removed the tags as I had no intentions to return as I loved the style and bought a total of 3 pairs. When I returned to the store to exchange my damaged pants for a non damaged pair, the associates refused because the tags were removed. I had my receipt and had purchased the item 2 days before. I had to drive all the way to valley fair where they were happy to exchange my pants. Absurdly terrible customer service at this Gilroy location.

  Great store!!! Staff is so friendly and helpful. Cute clothing. Most things are in stock, but since I’m petite, I have to get most things online. If doing a return, ALWAYS have your receipt. Also, fitting rooms are very clean and spacious.
