  Currently, I am going through the process of creating a custom engagement ring/wedding band and the experience has been perfect. From the start, Lupita has been extremely helpful in making my girlfriend's dream ring become a reality. She has gone to extreme lengths to find the perfect stone and to make sure we are happy, all while not being pushy at all and letting us take our time. Once complete, I will update this review. However, our experience with Lupita alone has easily earned five stars.

  Amazing customer service experience. My fiancé purchased my wedding bend there this past Saturday, and come to find out they had it on sale for cheaper on their website. When I called today, they immediately handled it, and refunded me the difference. They even cleaned my fiancé's ring when we visited. They care about their customer service more than anything, and it reflected clearly in this situation. Customer for life.

  Had a wonderful experience at Happy Jewelers. Vince took the time to walk me through several options without any pressure, staying well within my price range the whole time. We landed on the perfect Rolex together, I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. If you're looking for someone who actually listens and knows their watches, ask for Vince.

  I worked with Jayson Narshall to create the engagement ring for my now fiancée. He was amazing and the ring turned out absolutely perfect. I couldn’t recommend purchasing an engagement ring here enough. Everything was outstanding!

  What an amazing experience I had today at Happy Jewelers. As soon as I walked through the door, I was warmly greeted by Kenny, who assisted me with my purchase. He never tried to upsell me or push anything I wasn’t interested in—instead, he really listened and stayed aligned with what I had in mind. I was also welcomed by the owner, Danny, along with Gabe and another associate, Omar. Everyone was incredibly friendly and made the entire experience feel comfortable and genuine. This is a super welcoming place, and I’m definitely looking forward to building a lasting relationship with them. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would.
