  We bought a replacement engagement ring when I lost my diamond earlier this year and returned to buy 2 necklaces. Mary helped us, and her customer service was excellent. I had researched the items that I wanted and the average prices, and I ended up getting a really good deal. I’d totally recommend Robbins Brothers and ask for Mary!

  Noel was great help. When I had certain questions or concerns, he was clear with his answers and clarified any details we needed. I highly recommend Robbins Brothers and Noel because they were flexible with my budget; they had great prices for what we were looking for.

  I didn't want to make a big deal but I left my ring at robin's Brothers Fullerton to get resized and cleaned yesterday which was Tuesday December 1. I was dressed in jeans a sweater and I came in really quick just to see how much it was going to be what the process was and the sales Lady was so rude and a bit condescending. I don't know if she just was having a bad day and taking it out on me or if she was going through something personal and having an issue, but there was no need for the way that I was treated in the service that I was given. There was an issue, pulling up my husbands phone number with the account and the sales lady then started to interrogate me about his address his phone number all questions that were had been changed because this has been like a four year process. I was so taken back that I at that point just called him into the store had him answer her questions because I felt like I was doing something wrong when we turned and got back into the car he felt like he was being interrogated and looked down upon as well. just the service the greeting that we received and the way that we were treated while we were there was unacceptable. We've spent more than $10,000 in that store and we were thinking of buying another ring. Well they made up our minds for us, we will not be going back to Robin's brothers.. you can thank representative , the woman with the very short black hair for that. Please lady change your energy. If you don't like working at a job that services the public please find something that you like to do because you're dislike is oozing out to the other customers. and to top it off, I will never go back even if one of my ring stones falls out or if I need a clinging or etc. I will never step foot in that store ever again.
