  We’ve been Robbins Brothers customers for decades, and today’s experience was exceptional. We purchased an anniversary ring, and Shirin provided truly outstanding service. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process joyful and seamless. After all these years, it’s service like hers that keeps us coming back. Highly recommend asking for Shirin!

  Shirin and Jenny were so helpful in finding the right engagement ring and wedding band. They were both easy to communicate with and fast to address any questions I had. I even had to send back an item for repair and the process was so easy and pleasant. Thank you!

  My now fiancé and I went here to try on some rings after a bad experience at a smaller near by store. We walked in and we were paired with Mary. She was wonderful! She never made me feel rushed and was really great at helping me decide what i really wanted. We ended up coming back and i had a few rings picked and she walked us through everything. She explained the diamond quality and cost breakdown. After seeing all our options I wasn’t feeling the ones i had chosen. Mary wasn’t annoyed or frustrated that I wanted to look at more rings, she encouraged it. She truly wanted me to be happy with my choice. I finally found my ring and she picked us the most beautiful diamond. (I seriously just stare at it all day) She made this experience so easy and lovely to look back on. I’d recommend Mary and this store a 100 times over. Thank you so much Mary you truly made this an experience that i will never forget.
