I’ve had to ditch my car, get my time extended because the device had issues and they try to charge you to get the device inspected ? Yet you pay for monthly insurance if you opt in so doesn’t make sense! To change companies I had to pay $275 to get the device removed. The device turns on at night when I’m not even in the car. All customer support is overseas.
