  Update: Few days before Xmas 2025, I left a negative review because I couldn't get the order I made in time for Xmas. As you would imagine, I was furious and frustrated. During the follow up, I stated my disappointment to one of the officials, and she responded swiftly with multiple options to provide me with a better experience. To say the least, she was impressive. Reading my review left me embarrassed because I was ranting on 1 negative mishap where Happy Jewelers aim to make thousands others beyond satisfied. I eventually received the service that I expected and then some. As a matter of fact, I went back and bought another gift for my mom and was provided an out of this world experience. The service was superb! I thank you Happy Jewelers for all you have done, and you just secured another happy customer in your family. I will be back, again and again...

  Visited after getting recommended by a couple who just got married. Was super excited to go after hearing great stuff about their services. Our first time in, we purchased my fiance’s wedding band at an awesome price, and it came out beautifully. We had some issues with communications on purchasing and servicing a new engagement ring, and some mistakes on charges, but we were helped by Michael and Gabe (one of the owners) who helped us promptly, got the adjustments done within 30 minutes, and corrected the charges. Overall, very pleased by their help and friendly service.

  We cannot say enough great things about Happy Jewelers. Their service is truly beyond exceptional—personal, professional, and refreshingly honest. From the moment we walked in, we felt taken care of, not sold to. We had the pleasure of working with both brothers on a watch trade and upgrade, and the entire process was seamless. Their ability to negotiate pricing in a way that is extremely fair is something you don’t find often, especially at this level. On top of that, Kenny is currently designing and upgrading my ring, and we couldn’t be more excited to see his vision come to life. The experience, craftsmanship, and trust they provide are unmatched. We wholeheartedly recommend Happy Jewelers and look forward to many more purchases with them in the future.

  I have had such a smooth experience with Happy Jewelers. Alexia helped me out and displayed such patience and kindness towards me. I am very very undecided and she was truly so calm and patient with me. She shipped my order to me immediately. It arrived so fast! She was constantly on top of all my needs and wants. I appreciate her assistance so much. I appreciate the top quality and fair prices this brand offers.

  We had an amazing experience at Happy Jewelers in Fullerton, and Jayson Narshall made the entire engagement ring process truly special. The store does get busy, but once you're paired with a sales associate, you can avoid long wait times. We never had any issues walking in to meet Jayson at pre-arranged appointments. We'd heard weekends can have lines, so we planned accordingly and the process was always smooth and easy. Jayson was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thoughtful. We were on a tight timeline and he went above and beyond--coming in on unscheduled days to accommodate us and following up diligently without ever being pushy. He genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect ring. One especially kind moment: Jayson noticed a family ring I was wearing and offered to clean it, and it hadn't been professionally cleaned in years. It meant so much to me. We visited several times while exploring center stones and met both owners along the way--everyone at Happy Jewelers, including the security team out front, was warm, welcoming, and attentive. After shopping everywhere from big-name stores to smaller jewelers, Happy Jewelers stood out for their selection, transparency, and overall experience. The process was seamless and included warranty, cleanings, appraisal, and GIA certification. Jayson was genuinely excited for us and even surprised us with a bottle of wine to celebrate. When they learned my fiancé is a 22-year active U.S. Coast Guard Chief, they even offered a military discount, which we truly appreciated. We're Happy Jewelers customers for life and can't wait to return for our wedding bands and future service. Highly recommend!
