It gave a great first impression and felt like a step up compared to the last store. Unfortunately that experience didn’t last. While shopping I overheard Heather the store manager speaking negatively about former employees. It was uncomfortable to hear and felt unprofessional. Moments like that can really change how customers view a store. A manager sets the tone, and hearing that kind of conversation reflects poorly on the overall environment. You can’t hide that behind a smile. I hope this is something that gets addressed, because the store itself has a lot of potential.
