  Best Rolex boutique experience ever! I need to call out Tara Nishinaka-Aherne for her truly exceptional service. Extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Actually showed me watches that I could purchase during my visit. Showed me other pieces that she thought I might be interested in. Personable, kind and thoughtful. Truly the best Rolex experience I have ever had. Tara is the best!!

  My friend and I paid a visit to the store to celebrate a big milestone my friend had reached in his business and we had an awesome experience. Tara was an amazing sales person, super friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t play any games. I am not a Rolex expert but I do have some knowledge and she taught us quite a bit. We were able to try on some beautiful watches and see everything we wanted. It was such a great time. My friend was looking for a watch they did not have in stock, but Tara was super honest and helpful and got him on the list, so fingers crossed he gets the call. We had such a great experience, thank you so much Tara.

  I recently visited Wickersham Rolex store in Fresno. I was immediately greeted by security with a warm “Hello, Welcome!” Then within seconds a nice lady name Tara greeted my son and I and offered us something to drink. Literally with a few seconds I was greeted by Mrs. Barbara. I was looking for a watch for a husband and let me express, I was blown away by her knowledge in Rolex watches. The customer service they offer is second to none. Mrs. Barbara and Mrs. Tara are exemplary sales ladies, who offer top tier customer service and it should be noted that they both have the ability to communicate effectively with customers. My son was curious and had some questions of his own. I will definitely be returning back for a future purchase. If you want to be treated with the upmost respect and value as an individual, Wickersham Rolex of Fresno is the place to go. Extremely happy customer. Thank you Mrs. Barbara, you truly are a remarkable woman.

  Greatest local jewelry and watch shop with a fantastic selection and knowledgeable staff. They were friendly, patient, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without any pressure. First class service and a place I’d happily recommend. The new location is simply jaw droppingly beautiful. I discovered a Tudor watch that wasn't even on my radar recently. Seeing it in person I had to add it to my collection. What a genuine treasure of a business we have in Fresno!
