  We stopped by Vans yesterday to get new shoes for our boys — and if you’re a parent, you already know how that can go when you have picky kids who want to try on everything 😅. At first, we were helped by a woman who brought out one pair, but after that we were pretty much on our own for a while. We stayed patient and kept looking, and that’s when Diego stepped in — and WOW, what a difference he made. Diego was absolutely lovely. He was kind, patient, and so willing to help us. We had him going back and forth multiple times with different sizes and styles, and not once did he seem bothered. He genuinely seemed happy to help. That’s the type of employee worth keeping! He was knowledgeable about the brand and the shoes, answered all our questions, and made the whole experience fun and easy. It’s honestly been years since we’ve come across someone who truly loves what they do and goes above and beyond for customers. He had such an amazing, positive vibe. My husband was so impressed that he told me I had to write this review because Diego deserves all the praise. We’re definitely coming back and truly hope to see him there again. God bless you, Diego — you’re AMAZING! Hope you remember us — the family with 3 boys 😊
