We let her know we had already purchased sunglasses before and were just casually looking for another pair. She took the time to let us know that as members, we might qualify for a $50 birthday reward—which ultimately sealed the deal for us. Sandra was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. Great customer service like that definitely makes a difference. We’ll definitely be back!

Went to order a pair of Oakley sunglasses, it says they have them in stock available to buy, but in fact they didn’t have them in the store, even though online it says they have them in the store. I then asked the employee to call a different location and she said she couldn’t get ahold of them. I called them myself from my phone and they picked up on the first ring. Lying, deceptive business going on here… Don’t buy from here and the owner ought to be ashamed.

I bought a pair of Oakleys for 200 dollars, wore them for 1 minute and realized they do nothing to block the sun not to mention the glasses came with no case. Went to exchange for a pair of cheaper glasses but they won't let you return without the protection plan. Give your business to Stanton or target, where if you're unhappy with a purchase, it will be fixed. Terrible business model.
