  Never shop at this location, they are scammers and will purposely tell you they don’t have a new pair of glasses to sell you and only give you the display ones that are already scratched up. I tried to return mine just 4 days after I bought them. They were untouched unworn and they denied my return because of a tiny scratch that was there already when I bought them. They look at you like if you’re a shoplifter. She was so rude to me and didn’t offer any alternatives. Thankfully the other sunglasses hut store by the food court was able to help me out. Never again will go.

  Not a good location. Harassed like CRAZY then pushed me to buy a cleaning kit that she didn't even put in the bag?? Yeah, I've had great experiences at other locations, but will not be going back to this one.

  Lady with extra makeup is gonna try and sell you a bunch of unnecessary stuff with false promises. Don't buy anything from her

  My experience wasn’t the best. I went in excited to buy a pair of sunglasses and they ended up charging me first and after, I saw that the lady was cleaning the display ones that I had tried on and putting them in the bag for me. I told her, “I am not getting a new pair?” She said that they no longer had any of those in store. I told her, well the display ones are scratched. She told me that since I had purchased the warranty, I could go in and exchange them another day when they have them in store. I left confident with this information. I returned about 1.5 weeks later and they told me that I was unable to do such thing. I showed them my receipt and turns out, they never added the warranty to my purchase after I had said yes to it. So here I am, with a scratch paid of Ray bans… It’s rough to accept this since I have a minimum paying job and was truly looking forward to owning something nice.

  Manager and Alejandra were extremely helpful. Was told originally that if I wanted to exchange my Oakley metas I had 30 days to do so cause I was unsure of how I was gonna like the fit on my face. After a few test fits indoors i wasn’t a fan of how they looked on me so I took them in within the 30 days I was told and the manager said that since they were opened I can’t return them but as I told them I was told I could then the manager approved the exchange for a pair of ray ban metas. Great overall!
