  I've never left a review before today, but I was impresed. This was my first time shopping at your store. Thank you to April who went above & beyond to help me find the perfect gift for my Son's birthday. With the huge inventory and great customer service I will be back.

  The tattoed lady was unprofessional and treated me as if I was an individual with a history in prison. Also with a simple question I was told to wait which was 30 min of my time just to be told that they don’t have it. I love soortsmens in Roseville and yuba city ca but I’m sorry the folks you have working in the Fresno Friant location just don’t get it when it comes to customer service.

  I am very disappointed with the management of this store. I am an advisor for a youth fishing club and we worked out a deal with the previous management that the kids in the club could come in and get a discount on fishing gear only. The new manager, his name started with an A, cancelled everything. I have been a loyal client of this store since its opening. I have never had a bad experience with this store until my talk with this manager. The outdoor industry is supposed to be community based. Kids are the baseline of our community. If you don't keep the kids engaged they will do something else. Your companies unwillingness to help the youth speaks volumes. Thank you for your time.

  I love this stores products and the organization of those products in the store. This review pertains to the firearms department only. The service is terrible. The minimal staff that is behind the desk just stares at you and doesnt even attempt to explain any delays in service, or update timing to provide assistance. If you want to spend way more time than what should ever be necessary just trying to buy ammo, go there. But if you do, better go by the camping chairs section and take one with you to test it out, because you're going to need it.

  Poor customer service and management. Bought the store warranty because theyre scamming customers made it sound so good. I was told if I purchased the store warranty, no matter what condition the fishing rod is, they’ll take care of it when I check in, as long as I give them my email, they can look it up and don’t need a receipt. This was from a store cashier… Only been less than 6-8 months and I took my niece to the park and she ends up stepping on it and broke it. Now I need the claim and they can’t find my information all of the sudden and act like they don’t know what I’m talking about. I was told that I don’t need a receipt since I used my info and store credit card… Now they said they can’t find my info and since I don’t have the receipt, they refused help me. Shame on them. These were 2 store managers and still, both customer services provided was poor and with attitude and rude. What’s the point of using our info name at the store for points what so ever and can’t even back track a single purchase.. this is so unprofessional and management needs to be retrained or replaced. Store location is in FRESNO CA on friant rd. They lost my service…
