  I recently visited Wickersham Rolex store in Fresno. I was immediately greeted by security with a warm “Hello, Welcome!” Then within seconds a nice lady name Tara greeted my son and I and offered us something to drink. Literally with a few seconds I was greeted by Mrs. Barbara. I was looking for a watch for a husband and let me express, I was blown away by her knowledge in Rolex watches. The customer service they offer is second to none. Mrs. Barbara and Mrs. Tara are exemplary sales ladies, who offer top tier customer service and it should be noted that they both have the ability to communicate effectively with customers. My son was curious and had some questions of his own. I will definitely be returning back for a future purchase. If you want to be treated with the upmost respect and value as an individual, Wickersham Rolex of Fresno is the place to go. Extremely happy customer. Thank you Mrs. Barbara, you truly are a remarkable woman.

  Greatest local jewelry and watch shop with a fantastic selection and knowledgeable staff. They were friendly, patient, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without any pressure. First class service and a place I’d happily recommend. The new location is simply jaw droppingly beautiful. I discovered a Tudor watch that wasn't even on my radar recently. Seeing it in person I had to add it to my collection. What a genuine treasure of a business we have in Fresno!
