- RSRogelio SalasAug 12, 20251.0Average retail experience, where the store is understaffed and unbothered. The store itself was like any other Vans Store, it’s more about the workers and their lack of awareness towards customers or at the very least Myself. Walked in, told the front guy I was looking to buy a pair, proceeded to say they have a few people in the back working on shoes. So I head over & it takes 10 minutes for a worker to finally ask me if I needed to try a pair ( I did ) so I asked to see some all white vans. Seems normal so far; he then brings me the pair and I try them on. As he set the pair down, he said he would be back to check on me & that was last I saw him for more than 10 minutes. Other workers were helping other customers and some workers are apparently “not allowed” to be in the back handing out shoes? So I look around for the guy and he’s mingling with a girl cashier.. I know this was my personal experience but it’s real and I’m sure others have had similar experiences. This is unacceptable and this store lost my potential sale. Ended up just walking out and buying a pair online Amazon.
