I told him I only received a email receipt, he said well just this once I will have macys print it for you but next time you better have it. So I told him well then you should tell your workers to give customers a printed receipt as well not just email it. So he got mad because I said that acted like a child and said you know what I will not return your item. He and the other worker started making false accusations saying I said the F*** word and that they were calling security. I said excuse you I did not cuss and they were playing tag team bullying me making false accusations. I am so frustrated and upset that they would treat a customer like this all for wanting to return glasses I purchased two days ago and for them not giving me a printed receipt? No customer should be bullied and harassed like that. When I asked him to write his name down so I can call the 1800 number all he wrote was John so I don't even know if that's his real name and I didn't get the name of that second worker. When I walked out they started laughing at me. I am embarrassed and they should get fired from their position.
