  Whatever you do, don't buy glasses from here. I bought a pair of Oakleys for 200 dollars, wore them for 1 minute and realized they do nothing to block the sun not to mention the glasses came with no case. Went to exchange for a pair of cheaper glasses but they won't let you return without the protection plan. Give your business to Stanton or target, where if you're unhappy with a purchase, it will be fixed. Terrible business model.

  The best customer service. Honest and genuine reps and manager. 10/10 will be coming back. Purchased not 1 but 2 pairs and look forward to returning! If you're looking for a welcoming store that not only tends to your needs but makes you feel extremely comfortable, I highly suggest this location!   Wanted to send some recognition to the Manager Sandra who assisted my wife an I today. A couple of months ago my wife purchased for me some some Oakley Holbrook glasses. Unknowingly, she purchased the XL versions which were quite a bit to large for my liking. There was a BOGO deal and so she got one for my birthday in May and saved one for Fathers Day in June. Unfortunately, time passed by and we were unable to make it back to Sunglass Hut timely enough to be within their return policy. Sandra articulated the company stance being well outside of policy, but then asked a few more questions where we articulated our situation as described above. Because we weren’t asking for a refund and were hoping supply for an exchange, Sandra offered to help us out an exchange the glasses. Not only did she assist to swap, but she helped us swap for what I really wanted and we created a custom set of Oakley’s in the Red color I’ve been seeking. We were ecstatic… but it got better, Sandra realized that we made the purchase on a BOGO deal, and even discounted the glasses to the percent off promo that was going on at the time, well above expectation. In doing the swap, we felt fortunate enough that Sandra was going to assist us, but to help customize the one pair I wanted most and give us the deal we received a couple months back with out us asking, I thought that was well above expectations and incredible service. My wife an I would like to once more thank Sandra for her fantastic service, her willingness to assist a customer that was outside of the policy when she wasn’t required to, and for going out of her way to help us custom order those Oakley Holbrooks. You’ve got earned a long term customer.
