To whomever it may concern, the manager Anthony at Fashion Fair mall is not fit to be a manager in any way and does not abide by the “company policies that are not posted in his store”. That is exactly what he told me when I went in to return my AI meta glasses originally purchases at another location in the same mall. Initially when I wanted to return my glasses, I went to the original store and the rep there told me to go to the middle location because that is where Anthony the manager would be. When I arrived, the rep who assisted me was already briefed on the situation as the previous rep at the original location called them to let them know. The rep let me know Anthony was on his way back from doing his daily deposit at the bank and it should about a 30 min wait. I politely let him know that I will wait for him as I also work in retail and understand there are steps to certain procedures. I waited 45 min for Anthony and when he came in I told him I’m here to return my glasses. He looked in the bag and realized my gen 2 meta ray bans are opened and he couldn’t return it due to his in store made up policy he has typed up infront of the register. The policy was a typed up version of the in store extended holiday return period stating that “Please Note: Only Unopened Wearables (Ray-Ban Meta, Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2, CIdey Meta HSTN, Oakley Meta Vanguard, and Meta Ray-Ban Display) are elegible for return” . I explained to them that I am aware of the holiday return policy for UNOPENED devices. However, on the website it says if it’s opened, you have only the standard 30 day return policy. I tried explaining that to Anthony and he said to me repeatedly “I do not go based of what’s on the website just in store and therefore I cannot return”. I asked him for the number to care so I can just call them to have them find me a solution to my return because I know there is always a way. When I called care and told them about the situation they wanted me to hand the phone over to Anthony and I put it on speaker for him to hear and he ignored the rep on the phone while he was trying to talk to him. Infront of me the customer, he continued ignoring him and I had to tell the rep over the phone that he is not trying to help me let me go to the initial location and see if a new rep is available and sure enough the rep did the exchange as soon as customer service spoke to them over the phone. While the rep was processing the return, he continued talking to the girl rep that initially had sent me to the middle store to find Anthony and she said “should I text Anthony and let him know your returning it?” The gentlemen then said “no I’ll let him know my self.” After, I let him know that what the are doing is wrong and that I will be sending this care form. So I would not buy any glasses from here unless you are set in stone with that pair because if your not knowledgeable on their policies they will definitely try to save their commission.

Went in today to look at sunglasses We just wanted to see prices mostly, This older lady tries to help us And we tried to politely to say that we were just looking for now. She brought out some sunglasses for us to see and pricewise. It was not for us. And again we told her we just wanted to look see if we can find something else and she proceeded to push and she kept asking me what was wrong with the sunglasses I had showed her if it was the price or if it was a style and I let her know more than once it was the price But my dad would like to keep looking and she ended up having an attitude with me and asked me if I knew somewhere else where the prices would be better and again kept asking me if It was a matter of style or price, and I kept telling her it was a matter of price. It just felt very disrespectful And rude The other male worker that was there who had tried to help us also was sweet the whole time it’s not all of their employees again it was just heard that we had a problem with But it was just disappointing customer service on her end
