Store Mgr.Is a joke and not the brightest.Also very unprofessional and quite rude.I noticed Assett protection (I made him out quickly) followed me for several minutes (could it be because i am a person of color?) Bathrooms look nasty and unstocked. I could feel a very toxic environment going on.Don't bother reporting anything to management as nothing will be done about it. Some of the employees seem disengaged and depressed with their attitude towards customer service although sales associate Madison was very helpful and pleasant. Employees need be more friendly with a smile!

It was an older woman in her 40s working in the fitting room this day around 4:30. So rude and short with me, but for some reason perky and forgiving w other customers after me. I accidentally tried to open a fitting room door without realizing it needed to be unlocked, and she comes around and says “ I said wait for me!” In an exhausted ‘how could you be so dumb’ tone. I also work retail. If a customer did what I did I would smile and say oh! Hold on more nicely. So rude.
