- RRRobert RodriguezDec 8, 20251.0If I could leave a no star rating I would. They raise the cost on you and do not notify you unless you are the one contacting them about a payment. They lie about reimbursement for tows because of their faulty equipment. The wire stopped working on the device and I was left stranded. I had to pay for a tow, placed the work order so the shop could fix the issue. Not only did they not order the cord and i had to wait 2 more additional days. They also have yet to reimburse me for the tow that say specifically in their terms and conditions they will pay you back. All in all this company is the worse company ever do not join them, pay the extra money and go somewhere else. Its like 1 out 5 of their representatives over the phone are professional and actually help you. I REPEAT AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!

They never pick up the phones once your a customer. Was on hold for two hours just for them to drop my call. I haven’t been able to work the last ten days because I don’t have a vehicle
- BABernice AmayaJan 25, 20221.0I have dad so many problems with about 3 devises now…that 3 second blood turns into about 7-10 servings it’s just been a while hasn’t delaying with them and i got 1 1/2 years with this nonsense. They never answer and when that do it’s as if i did something wrong when clearing out was on the end.k got sent a new device twice and still the same questing…I’m so frustrated…i have them on hold now it’s been over 20 minutes i believe.. scares me to get out going for work in the morning . Not to mention it won’t take the sample and all of a sudden say it’s too high or love…i do not recommend using this drive at all,,,,
