Megan helped me find that bra in just 2 tries, I didnt even want to try anymore on after that second one fit perfect. I am ecstatic about my purchase and will be back in a few days for their semi annual sale. Thank you Megan for making a somewhat uncomfortable situation super easy and enjoyable. You are a delight!
- KCKelly CernuskaNov 2, 20251.0Felt like staff was stereotyping me as a thief! 3 staff would not help me look for my bra size but watched over my shoulder as I shopped, noticeably criss cross following me around the entire bra section. I left and bought nothing. I'll shop online where it's cheaper anyway and take my business to the online store and wonder why all the Lane Bryant's are closing. Left a bad experience ladies here are more concerned about theft than helping someone find their size bra. I asked for the next size while in the fitting room and they made me get dressed and go back out and look myself. They say they can order your size but I can do that myself online and apply more coupons anyway. Paying for lack of customer service come here and overpay to work here yourself without a discount.
