I went in to return a lip stick that I hadn’t used & upon walking up she asks me if i bought it yesterday, to which i say no, i bought it on the 31 or 30, should be on receipt. She asks if i’ve used it, i said no as i haven’t. After a bit of pretending to work, she tells me she’ll have to put it in as defective as it’s been used (after i just told you i haven’t used it so miss me with the micro aggression and false accusation of something i didn’t do) , she then proceeded to mention she is the manager & this is the only time she’ll be doing this as if im going to buy more things to return. I said ok thank you & at the end of the transaction couldn’t even cough up a goodbye or have a nice day. Learn to be a manager or go to the back.
