Only 3 stars due to their hours of operation, limited flower selection , menu stays the same no new product or different strains brought in and complete lack of menu variety across the board. Opening at 9am is way too late they should be open at 8am at the latest to accommodate customers before they go into their workday. Coming here after work between 4-7pm it gets overcrowded easily extending long lobby wait times 😔. There is very limited flower selection here. Very little Top Shelf to choose from mostly it's just "mud" grade and low grade flower here. The "Best" flower offered here is "Maven" & "LAX". They promote Moon Valley, Bosky, CBX, and CAM as if those are "Top Shelf" but in reality its just premium "mid grade" unless your stuck in Fresno and don't know any better and still consider those to be Top Shelf 🙄👎. Again they do have the best prices in town and the flower is fresh UNLIKE "Higher Level" Dispensary down the street where all their flower is old and dry tasteless garbage. Like all of Higher Level's flower is 3-9 months old. Once flower is older than 60 days it should be discontinued or discounted at 50%. Flower is just like groceries not like wine. The older it gets the worse it becomes. Suggestions : ORDER AND START STOCKING DECIBEL FLOWER FROM SANTA CRUZ AND GET MORE CREATIVE WITH THE MENU EXPANDING OPTIONS 👌
