  I went in to exchange a vest that I ordered online. I had called days prior and was told there was plenty of vest and I could exchange it. When I arrived at the store, I let them know of the phone call I had made and what I was told. The personal told me they didn't have many selections of vests and whoever told me was wrong. The way I was embarrassed and the stares I received from other shoppers almost made me walk out. I then asked them to please look in the back, and it didn't need to be the same one. As they looked, I walked around the store and to my surprise there was plenty of vest. Soon the employee walked out with the vest and acted surprised as she if she thought there wasn't anymore. This is my last time shopping at that store. Racial profiling for an easy exchange made my choice smiple.

  This was my first time at the store, and I initially browsed on my own. When I asked a female employee with glasses and a bit on the plus size for help finding boots in my size, her response felt unwelcoming and gave me a strange vibe. Another employee, Owen, helped me find the perfect boots, engaged in friendly conversation, and made the experience enjoyable. While shopping for a shirt, the same female employee escorted me to the fitting room, but her behavior made me feel rushed and uncomfortable, especially when she knocked on the fitting room door to check on me, which made me feel suspected of stealing. At checkout, her attitude felt abrupt and dismissive. Owen continued to provide excellent service by helping me choose a hat, explaining details I didn’t know, and putting genuine effort into assisting me. Because of his help, I purchased boots, a hat, and a shirt totaling close to $600. Owen provided outstanding customer service (5/5) and deserves recognition whether commission or a promotion for his hard work. My experience with the other employee was disappointing (2/5).

  Incredible customer service, extremely attentive, and skilled hat shapers! Christina and her team do and excellent job meeting the needs of customers. From boot fittings and hat shaping (Jalen) the team is great at listening to the wants and needs of customers then finding alternatives when the fit isn’t quite right. I only wish the store was bigger! This is the best western store in the area in customer service and quality! They have created a life long customer!

  Esta Marca me encanta, nos gustan mucho todas sus prendas y zapatos. Nos desviamos en nuestro viaje para pasar por esta tienda. Compramos varios articulo , botas , ropa ... las dependientas fueron encantadoras , amables y serviciales , pero la encargada de la tienda NO tanto.
