- CLChristel LortaDec 15, 20251.0I absolutely hate shopping at this location. After the first time I still gave it another chance but these employees are the worst that I have ever encountered. They're extremely rude and unhelpful. I've shopped at so many Aerie/AE locations across the country and this is the only location that I've had an unpleasant experience. As an assistant manager in high end retail, I was so uncomfortable shopping here. I'd much rather make the drive to Visalia and I live 3 minutes from fashion fair. Do not shop here.

You would think that after their scandal they would at least start being kind. Nope. Fitting room people are by far the worst.
