  I absolutely hate shopping at this location. After the first time I still gave it another chance but these employees are the worst that I have ever encountered. They're extremely rude and unhelpful. I've shopped at so many Aerie/AE locations across the country and this is the only location that I've had an unpleasant experience. As an assistant manager in high end retail, I was so uncomfortable shopping here. I'd much rather make the drive to Visalia and I live 3 minutes from fashion fair. Do not shop here.

  I visited while it was so busy and Kayla was incredible. She helped me find the right sizes quickly and checked in on me while helping others too. You can tell she really cares about her customers. 👍

  Is it a requirement to be rude in order to work here? I always have horrible experiences at this location with both aerie and American Eagle. You would think that after their scandal they would at least start being kind. Nope. Fitting room people are by far the worst.

  Honestly order online and avoid this store at all costs. Pay the $5 to return what you buy. The Gen Z that works there are horrible to deal with.
