However, you cannot tell whether the shoes is comfortable because you are not able to walk in them at all. I asked the cashier if they could remove the binding from the shoe and they did, but then they stood next to me and watched me while I try on the shoes because they said it was their policy that they could not leave me to try on the shoes. Other people had the exact same experience near me and just had a horrible time. I don’t know if this is a policy nationwide, but I will not be coming back if this is how Nordstrom Rack treats its customers.
