Do yourself a favor and don't order from them. Clearly they don't care about customer service. I ordered a $ 100.00 fruit basket for my mom's birthday and they didn't even try to deliver. They updated the website with attempted delivery. I called and they said they would go back to deliver after I told the gal I spoke to that no delivery was even attempted. She said they would drive back to deliver and then I received emails after saying they attempted delivery. I tried to call and they were closed so clearly she gave me lip service. Why not just call and say you couldn't fulfill the order instead of lying. I will be disputing my credit card charge and plan to order something else for my mom's birthday. So disappointing! Never again!

I called May 12th and some female told me they would call me back in "a couple minutes". I called 2 more times in a 6 hour stretch because nobody called me back. Finally the female called my mother and told her that her arrangement was ready and could be delivered. Ummm, NO. I want my money back and my mom doesn't want the arrangement anymore because of this VERY BAD experience! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A VERY RUDE FEMALE! Just be honest and say you didn't make it. Don't make your customers wait 6-7 hours when you say they are 9th in line for a call back!!!!
