  For shame on this crooked business. Not only did they mess up this order for my mother, but for 3 consecutive years they've tainted special occasions for me. Two years ago I placed an order for an anniversary, no grapes and moldy strawberries. Last year I ordered a fruit tray with cheesecakes, brownies, and pineapple shapes with chocolates. The pineapple shapes never arrived, shame on me for believing this horrid corporation would change for a third order. I ordered a chocolate cake and free 12 mixed fruits from my birthday promo code. Instead received two orders of 12 chocolate-dipped strawberries. The box was sticky and slightly dirty, and I even asked the delivery driver if she was SURE there was a chocolate cake and mixed fruit in there. She said yes, and I was a fool for believing her. Absolute shame for me and other customers that got used to this business. It is the only business that delivers bouquets and chocolate-dipped fruits around me, and yet I was the fool who kept using the service. Thank you edible arrangements, for ruining yet ANOTHER occasion for me!

  Been waiting on the manager to call back I ordered flowers and chocolate dipped fruit to give me a refund cuz it was disgusting and have some smashed flowers

  I placed an order on Feb 14th from the Fontana location to be delivered on Feb 16th to a business down the street from this location literally 5 min away and it never showed up. I called 10 times and finally Got through to someone,the guy confirmedthe order will be there before 5 the latest maybe a little after but it will be delivered he confirmed. It was never delivered! At 6 I checked the order and they moved the date to today Feb 17th. It’s beyond frustrating that it was placed two days before the actual date and got nothing. Now the order is useless because my dear Friend works once a week and the arrangement goes to waste. Never will I order again from This location!

  I placed an order on 9/23/21 to be delivered on 9/27/21 for my son birthday and nothing was delivered i called three times the first time i was told it will arrive by 4pm at 6pm still nothing i call again and was told they are waiting on a driver the third call was told the driver is on its way this is the most unprofessional service i have ever experienced. Im in Nevada and ordered days in advance to make sure my son thats in California will receive his gift in time and nothing delivered???? I will be calling and requesting a full refund for this horrible service i received after spending $70 and my sons birthday ruined. After speaking to customer service this morning they did apologize and got my order out today and added additional treats for my inconvenience. Greatly appreciated for taking accountability and resolving the issue.
