She helps you pick out the best clothes and keeps you updated on any sales, making sure you get great deals. Tori goes the extra mile to ensure your fitting room is ready and that you have the right sizes. Even when we found clothes without tags, she quickly confirmed the prices, making our shopping experience smooth and easy. Her friendly and professional attitude makes every visit a pleasure.   I can’t say enough about my experiences shopping at Windsor, largely thanks to Tori! She is consistently professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Every time I visit, Tori greets us with a warm smile, making us feel welcomed and valued. It’s clear she truly enjoys her job and cares about the customers. Tori is always ready to assist with finding the right sizes in clothing and shoes, which makes shopping so much easier. Her knowledge and familiarity with the store's inventory are invaluable. I appreciate her friendly demeanor and the way she goes above and beyond to help us. The store itself is always spotless, and the customer service is outstanding.   I had such an amazing experience at this Windsor location! I walked in needing help finding a few outfits, and Morgan, specifically, helped me and went above and beyond. She was patient, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I needed. She gave great style suggestions, checked different sizes, and made the whole shopping process super easy and enjoyable. I really appreciate her kindness and attention to detail, it made a huge difference. Outstanding customer service like this is hard to find :)

  Place has cute clothes and gorgeous dresses that I buy for my girlfriend, but customer service is very poor. Usually they’re great but me and my girlfriend went in recently and we had dresses for her to try. We went to the gender neutral changing rooms and I was denied entry because “there’s only one person allowed entry at a time” and after that a trio of high schoolers crowded one stall, a duo of girls went into another, and another duo of people were in a stall.

  Age discrimination! I'm a small woman. I wear a size 0-2 and that shouldn't matter as they carry larger sizes and "work wear" I realize they cater to the "younger" clientele. However, if someone wants to purchase a pair of jeans and inquires about the size conversion, I find it inappropriate for the young girl to to tell me I'm too old to shop in their store!! Not my fault I fill them out better than she will.
