They were so quick to help me out over the phone and go above and beyond. Sean is such a kind and sweet individual. Likewise, Kay took time out of her day to call stores and find the shoe I wanted in my size and have it shipped to a local store near me. This is customer service!!! These two are the pinnacle of of such and they deserve recognition. Vans - please acknowledge this somehow, as they made a world of a difference for me and because of them I want to buy more Vans products!
