  I wanted to share my appreciation for the excellent service I received from Michael, the Sales Manager and his whole team at the Fairfield Sportsman's Warehouse. It is rare to find a manager so willing to dive into the technical details with customers. Michael is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and clearly takes pride in ensuring you walk away with the right gear for your specific needs. He didn't just point me toward a product; he took the time to discuss the nuances of the equipment, which I genuinely appreciated. The entire atmosphere of the store reflects his leadership organized, professional, and welcoming. If you’re looking for someone who actually understands the sport and treats your questions with respect, go see Michael. I’ll definitely be returning to this location for my future guns.

  They try really hard here but are understaffed. Everyone was friendly and helpful but were constantly pulled in different directions at the gun counter. Ok selection for California, good prices. I was happy to buy something here, no regrets.

  I went there two times, first time for ammo, second time for buying a new rifle. Didn't have any waiting for both times, and staffs there are quite nice. Luis helped me through the paperwork, he is friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Can't wait to pick up my new rifle later!

  It’s crazy work how poor customer service a gun counter can have. Went in looking for a Ruger American Gen 2 bolt action in .308 Win. Associate behind the counter walks me down to the Rugers takes a whole 3 seconds to just look at them and met with a “Nope we don’t have it.” Even though there’s a whole row of Gen 2s in multiple calibers. Doesn’t make an attempt to check the store tags or even turn them right side out to check their calibers. Then just walks off without saying anything to do an ammo purchase before I can ask if any rifles in the row were a match to what I was looking for. What a joke FF Sportsman’s really needs do an audit of their staff and double check that they’re properly trained to work the gun department.

  Extremely rude and unhelpful young adults working the phones. Kid picks up the phone and just says "Hello?" I ask is this Sportsmens Warehouse...? "yeah." okay... can you.. help me? hangs up on me when I ask about checking the status of an online order which this was my first time doing and as result was unfamiliar with the process. After 2 calls and asking if they would look up my order number, I still never figured out what's going on with it. Second young man after I called pick was just about as rude and unhelpful. I'm hoping calls are recorded and someone has the chance to review the phone call made 3/26/2026 at 12:05 PM because it was pretty uncool. Bad experience and will try to avoid this location in the future which is a bummer because they have the best inventory selection in the northern california area. 👎👎
