Their billing is a total mess—they haven’t billed the state for my account in three months and are now trying to force me to pay the balance myself. On top of the billing issues, their equipment is faulty. I have been sober for years, yet I received a false positive and a lockout, and the company refuses to reimburse the fee. Their customer service is an endless loop of automated menus that lead nowhere. If you finally manage to reach a person, they lack the authority to actually help you. To top it off, they are providing false information about removal rules; both the State Patrol and the DOL have confirmed that the company does not have the authority they claim to have. They try to back you into a corner with rules that don’t exist. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere."

What do I need to bring to my installation?
Bring a photo ID and proof of residence in the form of a document verifying your address. What do I need for removal?
Requirements will differ by state, but generally your state authority must grant removal authorization before you can have your IID removed. How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.
What can breathalyzers detect?
Breathalyzers only measure your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC).
Is an Ignition Interlock the same as a breathalyzer?
Ignition Interlock and handheld breathalyzers both test your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), but an Ignition Interlock Device is only installed in vehicles and prevents the car from starting if there is alcohol detected. A handheld breathalyzer only detects alcohol and may tell you the concentration.
Can I unplug my Ignition Interlock?

Can someone else drive my car?
Yes, but whoever is driving the vehicle MUST take a breath test and pass before driving. Any failed test will still be your responsibility.
