- RRRFeb 14, 20221.0The technicians at SoCal Vehicles are SUPER friendly and very kind. DO NOT GET A LIFESAFER DEVICE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU BY OVERCHARGING YOU AND REFUSING TO REFUND YOU. I MADE EVERY MONTHLY PAYMENT AND ONE MONTH THEY CHARGED ME DOUBLE AND ALL PAYMENTS SHOW ON THEIR PORTAL AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND ME. BAD BUSINESS. DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THEM. This review is for LifeSafer ignition interlock company specifically. My breathalyzer went into lockout, for no reason, I have automatic withdrawal for my payments, and have never missed a calibration appointment. After staying on hold with lifesaver for over 45 min, the girl that finally answered just put me on hold to transfer me to SoCal Vehicles, which the problem has nothing to do with them. Lifesafer needs to take responsibility for their machines sucking and their customer service being of an even lower part than their machine.
