Honestly, the amazing customer service made me want to come back and spend more money. I have had bad experiences returning jewelry at other establishments, but 5 stars for customer service at the fine jewelry desk. They do have surprisingly beautiful pieces of jewelry here.

JCPenney is falling on hard economic times. Having spent thousands at this location over the years, I won’t be returning if the store is haggling for a little over $100.
