- SDSeattle DreamerJul 23, 20255.0I recently walked in here to try on shoes, because I couldn't remember what size I was, and let me just say anders is amazing he spent time with me and talked about different shoe options to fit my needs and sizing, I was given multiple sizes and shoes to try on during my vist to the store. I'll definitely be back soon!

They completely ignored them and after getting tired of just waiting to be aknowledged, she went up to ask a question and the store attendant rolled her eyes and had an attitude. My friend just gave up and left because her kids were tired and she was just tired of the bad customer service in the store. Mind you there was no one in the store other than my friend with her kids. Had a bad experience so I will just be going to a VANs store elsewhere. Will also not recommend to my family and friends either.
