  The associates (I didn't catch their names, sorry!) were incredibly friendly! I came in with a specific item in mind, and they were able to get it all set up for me, as well as highlight other options and colors that weren't already on the floor. The attention to detail was also impressive. They pointed out that I had grabbed a set of socks that was a different size than the other! They engaged in warm conversation, but weren't pushy about any sales. The customer service ruled at this location :)

  Went in today just to take a stroll around the store and Patrick was incredibly helpful pulling out different sizes for me. Ended up leaving with a pair of shoes. Appreciate his kindness and patience. Will definitely be returning soon.

  I have been on the hunt for a pair of Old Skool Vans for MONTHS. I even ordered a pair online at one point, only to be disappointed by the wrong sizing. When I walked into the Vans store, I made a beeline straight for the shoes. At first, I thought I had grabbed the pair I wanted, but it turned out to be the wrong style. Luckily, I knew exactly what I was looking for, and Ariana, the salesperson who helped me, quickly pointed me in the right direction. She was incredibly helpful and patient as I tried on multiple pairs. When I mentioned that something felt slightly off with one shoe, she immediately offered to grab another pair for me without hesitation. Did I end up purchasing them? Yes; after confirming the return policy, just in case! Overall, a great in-store experience and excellent customer service from Ariana.
