  I didn’t get the associates name but she called to let me know my order was ready prior to getting the email letting me know it was ready, even left a voicemail after the first call that I wasn’t able to pick up in time. This is all within a few hours of putting in my order. Upon arrival she was busy helping a family with what looked like a few pair of glasses but still took the time to welcome me. She also made sure that I tried on my new sunglasses and that they fit and were the correct pair. She had me sign for them and had my glasses packed nicely all within minutes and without hindering the family she was already helping. It’s not often that you feel like the main customer at the same time you’re there with other people who are being helped and they feel like they’re the main customer. That’s what I call customer service.

  The selection of the ray bans were great, but the employees were not accommodating. After we made our choices of purchase, we were told they’ll pack the ones in stock and not the displayed once. So we were happy and then when we went to the register they told us one is out of stock so we have to take the displayed ones, we were like ok. Then the other ones they were so disorganized that the box was empty, didn’t even have the glasses in the box. We were so confused about the level of service WITH NO APOLOGY that we decided to make the purchase online! They insisted they’ll order it for us, at that point we weren’t certain they’ll order the exact ones we wanted. Mind you they were 3 employees. Once we confirmed that we’ll make the online order ourselves, all 3 left us with no apologies or care for our purchase! Very poor and unprofessional behavior!

  After losing my favorite sunglasses, I decided to stop in this store to see if I could find a similar style. Quaneka (Q) and Trent went our of their way to help me, with the very little information I could provide. Q is a wealth of knowledge about the products so she was able to narrow it down quickly and found them, then offered to order them. The price was even great, and I left the store ecstatic. This is "old school" customer service with current technology and wow, the result is amazing.

  I had an amazing experience at Sunglass Hut thanks to Alfonso (674610)! He went above and beyond to help me purchase a pair of Meta glasses and even helped me get a second pair at a great discount. Alfonso was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain all the features, answer every question I had, and made sure I was completely happy with my purchase. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing such great customer service, but Alfonso absolutely does. Because of his help, I left the store with exactly what I wanted and a big smile. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Sunglass Hut to friends and family.
