  The store was empty when I came in with the exception of two employees who ignored me entirely for the five minutes I spent in the store. I was planning to spend money but as a black consumer, I will only make a purchase if the bare minimum was met. Unfortunately it was not, so I bought nothing. No one asked me if I needed any help, at all. I wasn’t acknowledged in the slightest. Who knows. Maybe these employees don’t work on commission so they don’t feel the need to treat potential customers with the decency of a simple greeting.

  I'm so happy I found this store! Great selection of quality JCrew clothing and accessories. Super friendly and helpful staff. Extra kudos to America!! She was amazing and went above and beyond to help me find the right sizes/colors and make decisions. I'll be back!

  Everyone who works here is so lovely. They have insane deals, the other reviewer is out to lunch. I don’t know if they get enough foot traffic, so go patronize them and leave a nice review if you want them to remain open locally!

  Fairly new location, opened this past summer, but today was my first time stepping into this store. I left with lots of stuff at great prices. Many items were additional X% off, including clearance. Fitting rooms are open and clean. Staff was nice. Overall, great experience.
