When I walked into the Vans store, I made a beeline straight for the shoes. At first, I thought I had grabbed the pair I wanted, but it turned out to be the wrong style. Luckily, I knew exactly what I was looking for, and Ariana, the salesperson who helped me, quickly pointed me in the right direction. She was incredibly helpful and patient as I tried on multiple pairs. When I mentioned that something felt slightly off with one shoe, she immediately offered to grab another pair for me without hesitation. Did I end up purchasing them? Yes; after confirming the return policy, just in case! Overall, a great in-store experience and excellent customer service from Ariana.
