  This is my second time coming to this location. It’s clean and pretty organized for this type of store. It is on smaller size compared to others I have been to and the options are a lot more limited and didn’t find anything in my style. The costumer service is not good at all. I went in this time to return a few tops I bought online. The lady helping me was just giving me an annoying tone and trying to rush me. I told her I had 3 tops and all are from same order online. She would do one return and then as I am telling her here is the next top, she is starting to tell me here is your receipt. I’m like I have a few tops, and I show her I want to return this and this again and she is just giving me attitude tone of voice and then continues to ask again for the barcode for return, which I took out agin from my email. Then as I was giving her the last top, she starts doing the same thing again closing up the return and I am like I still have this to return. I don’t know what her problem was. I was polite and smiling and keeping my tone good with her entire time so I don’t know why this attitude. It wasn’t like I am in there returning things every week, this was first time in over a year I even bought from this store, and it wasn’t like I came in with bags full of things to return, it was just a few tops.

  This place was nice, terrible customer service! I felt as if asking the staff, (which i had to spend 10min finding) a question was interrupting their day! Super rude, I needed assistance but the gentleman who worked there treated me like I was asking stupid questions. I won't be spending my money here!

  I am so disappointed with this store. I had been looking forward to the opening because I love the Rack and it's only 5 minutes from my house. Issues: 1. There is not enough space. Aisles are too narrow. Too many racks crammed onto the floor. You cannot look at clothes without bumping into someone. And forget about trying to navigate a basket. The dressing room area looks cluttered and unorganized. 2. Because all of the racks are too close together, people don't pick up the clothes they've drop and don't try to put them back on the racks. It's very disorganized and messy. 3. It looks like a TJ Maxx or Ross. Maybe this is a store wide change, but it just looks cheap. Big signs. Clothes not organized just a jammed on long racks. 4. No designer shoes. Or if they are there, they are mixed in with the other shoes. The people are friendly and I appreciate the strong security. I'm not sure the aisle width can be fixed, but some of the racks should be removed and the focus should be on organizing everything.
