  This place was nice, terrible customer service! I felt as if asking the staff, (which i had to spend 10min finding) a question was interrupting their day! Super rude, I needed assistance but they gentleman who worked there treated me like I was asking stupid questions. I won't be spending my money here!

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Nordstrom Rack thanks to Carol's exceptional customer service. In today's retail environment, it's unfortunately rare to encounter someone who genuinely goes above and beyond, but Carol was truly a blessing. From the moment I walked in, she provided outstanding assistance with a warm, professional demeanor that made my shopping experience memorable. We had such a pleasant conversation, and her genuine care for customers really showed. Carol is simply the sweetest – her positive attitude and dedication to excellent service are exactly what make the difference between a good store visit and a great one. It's refreshing to meet someone who takes such pride in their work and treats customers with real kindness. Carol is definitely an asset to your team, and I'll certainly be returning because of the wonderful service she provided.   I am so disappointed with this store. I had been looking forward to the opening because I love the Rack and it's only 5 minutes from my house. Issues: 1. There is not enough space. Aisles are too narrow. Too many racks crammed onto the floor. You cannot look at clothes without bumping into someone. And forget about trying to navigate a basket. The dressing room area looks cluttered and unorganized. 2. Because all of the racks are too close together, people don't pick up the clothes they've drop and don't try to put them back on the racks. It's very disorganized and messy. 3. It looks like a TJ Maxx or Ross. Maybe this is a store wide change, but it just looks cheap. Big signs. Clothes not organized just a jammed on long racks. 4. No designer shoes. Or if they are there, they are mixed in with the other shoes. The people are friendly and I appreciate the strong security. I'm not sure the aisle width can be fixed, but some of the racks should be removed and the focus should be on organizing everything.
