I spent over $300 during my visit, and while checking out, a pair of socks rang up for $0.01. Instead of honoring the displayed price, the associate called over the manager, Doug, who not only refused to honor the price but also refused to sell the item altogether. I left the store feeling extremely disenchanted. As someone who enjoys shopping at Nordstrom Rack and typically receives exceptional service, this experience fell well below your brand standard. Regardless of the price discrepancy, the interaction lacked professionalism, courtesy, and the level of customer care I have come to expect. I am requesting a review of this matter and clarity on your pricing and customer service policies. I would also appreciate follow-up regarding how this situation can be addressed. Thank you for taking the time to look into this. I hope to continue shopping with Nordstrom Rack, but today’s encounter was deeply discouraging.
