  I have an event I was looking for a dress. I was amazed that they had exactly what I was looking for. The staff was very nice and professional. Helped me zip the dress and gave me their opinion. It was perfect! Thank you, JCPenney, for your assistance!

  Don't try to enter the JCPenney from the second floor in the parking structure. I had a return to make, and the returns in JCPenney are on the second floor. So I decided oh I'll park on the second floor and walk across the little bridge. I parked. Didn't realize I had to climb a half flight of stairs to get to the bridge, but I climbed the stairs. Walked across the bridge. Only to find that all the doors are locked. No signage anywhere stating that the doors were locked! I have bad knees, and it's hard for me to walk, let alone climb the stairs. Very frustrating! I did go back down, go in, only to find the escalator was broken. I finally managed to locate the elevator and get upstairs. Walked up to the return counter , only to find it empty. There was somebody in front of me, an employee . She started yelling around the top floor for Rita to come back to her post . She finally came back and completed my return. The whole trip was extremely frustrating. That's why I like to shop on Amazon. I don't know if I'll be back to JCPenney ever again.

  I entered the survey code too late...kudos to Aly and Kristen in the make-up department at the Elcajon, CA store. I don't purchase there products very often and these ladies were very knowledgeable and helpful with selecting the right product for me in a timely manner.

  On March 26th, I was in the store to buy a gift. When I went to pay for it, in the women's clothing department, the cashier, Rania, was not only friendly, she was very helpful in telling me about how i could get the discount
