  my first and last time coming here. extremely disappointed by the customer service I was given by Kassum and whoever else was working with him last Monday 10/06/2025. I went into the store hoping to get my nose pads replaced since I was recommended to stop by as they offer the service there. upon arrival neither of those workers had any interest in helping me and I was told they had no replacements in store available and I could place an online order which is what I did in store. fast forward a week later 10/13/2025, I get a call during work hours from Kassum saying my order replacements were delivered. I call back and Kassum has no idea what i’m talking about and apparently no memory of him even calling my phone number. I went to the store later that evening. Kassum spent over an hour being an air head looking for the nose pads replacements that he called me earlier the same day telling me were delivered to the store. when he finally found them he took even more time trying to figure out how to put them on. once Kassum got the pads on, the pads fell off as I was leaving the store and again the next morning. My message to the manager, Mario, you need to train your staff more or hire people who actually have experience to do these repairs that you offer in store. this was a terrible experience and I don’t plan on coming back to this store for any repairs or new shades.

  Never go to this location . Poor management. The employee are nice but the management sucks you will regret it if you go there
