    The place was a mess. The staff was not helpful. If you have alot of time you might be able to find items, but I found the sizes very disorganized. And, the prices were only good for the ugly clothes, anything nice was still over priced.

    03.13.26 2:30pm Even their -70% off items were priced exorbitantly. Won't shop here again, maybe because this is East Palo Alto they send the worst deadstock ever. After this inventory doesn't sell it'll probably be resold for -95% off at Ross, then will be donated to Goodwill or to etc charities. Worst clothes, just horrible, ugly with man made materials designed by the blind and in humongous sizes. Worst Nordstrom Rack ever.

    Very disappointing customer service experience. I was accidentally charged twice for an in-store purchase in November 2025. Since then, I have contacted both the store and Nordstrom customer care multiple times and provided receipts and proof of the duplicate charge. Unfortunately, the in-store staff were unhelpful and unable to provide a clear solution. I was repeatedly redirected between the store and customer service without any real follow-up or resolution. As I am currently based overseas, this made the process even more difficult. After months of trying, I still have not received my refund. I expected much better accountability and service from a brand like Nordstrom. This experience has been extremely frustrating and time-consuming. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves how customer issues are handled in the future.
