Visiting during the Holiday shopping season, I expected it to be messier than it was (don't get me wrong, it surely wasn't "neat"), and I was able to find what I was after fairly quickly giving me time to browse a bit. This is the epitome of serve-yourself retail - LOTS of stuff for a value price - do not expect attentive service. It looks to me like the staff are absolutely overwhelmed trying to keep up with the mess that customers are making as they yank stuff off of displays and toss them back willy-nilly. I'm surprised there is any rhyme or reason, but somehow they manage it. I'll be back.
