- LLLY LJan 1, 20265.0Great experience shopping there on November 29, one of the busiest day of the year! I had an online pick up, a return and a purchase all done on the same day. Staff was attentive, calm and very helpful, also received a free travel bag that was value for money.

In order to make their own job easy they have strategically taken out the 'Try out' benches' and asking people to walk across the store to try anything and keep insisting on the Customers put back what they try - that is across the store walk twice for let us say each two you want to try. The Manager and team are working tirelessly - to ensure the closure of this store!!!!

I had a few questions to ask her and she was really rude and started yelling. I was asking her if she can give me a receipt since she will be taking my precious shoes and I want to have some paperwork that my shoes are with them. She is extremely unprofessional, rude and a terrible person. I feel sorry for the employees there because she is probably so mean to them if she's mean to customers. I will never visit Dublin DSW since the treatment of customers is unacceptable. Corporate have been informed. Let's see what they will do to address this.
