- KMK MOct 10, 20251.0Had a horrible experience with the manager of this store when I wanted to purchase an item. Long story short, trying to up sell and promote current promos. Manager should be more focused on making sure clothes are placed and tagged in the correct areas instead of misleading customers and trying to up sell them. Felt uncomfortable to even purchase my one item, do not go here, just go to Torrid instead or something.

I don’t have my receipt handy but the woman who rang me up yesterday was awful. She’s has helped me before and has had the same attitude. Mind you this was two years ago. Not much has changed. I’m making a compliant this time because I felt her attitude was unnecessary. Extremely unnecessary. I’ve worked with this company before and this is something I know corporate wouldn’t strive for. I’ve also contacted corporate already.
